Sarina Russo Disability Employment Services (DES) provides services to jobseekers under the **_Disability Management Service_** contract.**

**Location**:

- Fitzroy (4 days) and Prahran (1 day) Permanent Full Time

An exceptional opportunity exists for a DES Employment Consultant who will challenge the status quo. Your strong sales, business development and influencing skills will be utilised to create opportunities for people to change their lives.

This position would suit someone who has high energy, solutions focused and a master in building solid relationships.

**The Job**
- Empower and collaborate with job seekers
- Case Management and program compliance
- Develop and implement detailed and tailored job plans
- Assist and search for employment opportunities for job seekers
- Create resumes, cover letters, and assist with expressions of interest for job seekers
- Conduct individual appointments with jobseekers
- Achieve KPI's linked to placing jobseekers into sustainable employment
- Organise appropriate interventions and strategies to help job seekers find and maintain employment
- Administrative duties including accurate data entry for diary and record management
