**The Role**:
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for interpreting data, analysing results, and providing insights to drive strategic business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop data-driven solutions, and communicate findings to key stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and implementation of data analytics strategies to support business objectives.
- Collect, organize, and analyse large datasets using statistical techniques and advanced analytics tools
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data to uncover insights and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop predictive models and algorithms to forecast business performance and customer behaviour.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights and effective visualizations
- Design and present visually appealing and insightful reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively using Tableau / PowerBI.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and strategic initiatives based on data analysis.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise in the deployment of Tableau -based solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency throughout the analytics process.
- Proven experience delivering commercial value through advanced analytic solutions and data-driven insights.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong understanding of data visualization techniques and tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques for predictive modelling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with large datasets and database systems (e.g., Hadoop, Teradata).
- Proven track record of driving business value through data-driven decision-making.
