As a Transactional Risk Analyst, you will gain industry leading training and guidance in supporting clients through M&A insurance solutions, with a focus on warranties and indemnities (W&I) insurance. This position offers the opportunity to assist in impactful M&A projects within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

**We will count on you to**:

- Assist in providing advice on insurance solutions related to M&A transactions under the guidance of senior brokers.
- Support the policy and coverage negotiation process by researching and drafting policy wordings that align to the client’s objectives.
- Help build and maintain strong professional relationships with the local M&A community.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients during the M&A process, ensuring effective communication and support.
- Contribute to project management by assisting in the coordination of tasks and timeliness to help achieve successful outcomes.

**What you need to have**:

- Previous legal or insurance sector experience would be highly advantageous.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong numerical skills and high attention to detail.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
