Gawler Grande Views is a modern, state-of-the-art 3 storey residential care facility located within the heart of Gawler. Gawler Grande Views are committed to providing optimal quality care and services by a dedicated, compassionate, and innovative team. Their services can support permanent residents and those requiring respite, where a wide range of accommodation options are available.

Across 18-months you will be working fulltime, gaining practical on-the-job experience and completing study towards achieving a nationally recognised **Certificate III in Business **within the **Customer Service **stream. All time allocated towards work and study is paid for, and there is no out of pocket costs incurred to yourself

**Duties Include**:

- Act as first point of call for family members and carer’s
- Answer phone calls and follow-up where required
- General administration duties including document preparation, photocopying, and filing
- Assist to arrange appointments and meeting schedules

**About You**:

- Great interpersonal skills
- Well-mannered with a positive attitude
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Efficient time management skills
- Thrives working within team environments and without supervision

**Role Requirements**:

- National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 + booster
- Up to date flu vaccination
