Active Ageing and Creative Crafters Needed at Bellevue

Our wonderful Health and Fitness Promoter, will give you the resources and expertise required to become an Active Ageing Volunteer. The role will support people to move to and from the dining room and participate in walking groups and other fitness activities.

Our lovely Wellness & Lifestyle Manager, will support you in your passions and help you create memorable and rewarding experiences with the residents.
- Creative ageing is using arts and cultural activities to promote imagination and support older people to age well.
- A sense of accomplishment in older adults for completing both craft and exercise activities.
- You're never too old to do art or exercise, both keep you engaged and happy.

**Time commitment**

Currently we are looking for a crafter on Mondays at 1pm till 3pm and an Active Ageing assistant for Monday and Friday at 9.30am to 12 noon. We work with all volunteers to set up the most suitable days and times for you. Any amount of time you can give, whether it’s a few days a week or a few hours a month, is valuable for our community and much appreciated.
