**Exciting Opportunity at Wollongong Hospital**

Wollongong Hospital is on the lookout for **passionate Clinical Midwifery Educators** to elevate our maternity services If you’re ready to make a difference in the **Antenatal Services, Gynaecology Outpatient Department, **and** Birthing Unit**, this is the role for you

**In this vital position, you will**:

- **Coordinate, deliver, and evaluate** clinical midwifery education programs at the ward/unit level.
- Ensure **new, experienced and casual midwives** receive comprehensive orientation and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with the Midwifery Unit Manager and the wider hospital team to design **tailored educational initiatives**.
- Provide hands-on clinical supervision, prioritising **quality and safety in patient care**.

**Wollongong Hospital**, located on Dharawal Country, is the Illawarra Shoalhaven’s major referral and teaching hospital and has a bed-base count of more than 500.
