Stock Coordinator

Our Fawkner store are looking for an innovative and highly organised Stock Coordinator to manage the product flow and stock accuracy in-store. By focusing on ensuring our stock is in the right place and looking incredible, they enable our Stylists to deliver an exceptional customer experience

To support a flexible working environment, our Stock Coordinator is contracted on a base of 6 hours a fortnight, and rostered in line with store needs. At present our Fawkner store has 2 to 3 shifts available each week that may include weekends. This may change in line with the store needs.

**Our Stock Coordinators**:

- Efficiently and accurately process frequent and large stock deliveries, including checking off incoming deliveries and processing outgoing stock transfers and stock validation
- Ensure the stock room is maintained and all stock is stored appropriately, to support staff accessibility
- Ensure the Store facilitates a seamless shopping experience, through effective placement and regular restocking of product
- Provide exceptional customer service, creating a memorable experience and understanding our customer needs
- Are innovative, and always look for new and better ways of working
- Are confident and stylish, acting as ambassadors of the Taking Shape brand
- Build belonging and a community spirit, with both their team members and customers
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, and ensures our floors are well stocked to support our customer needs

- Previous experience with VM, stock management and inventory in a high change, fast paced environment will be highly regarded

- Lead by example, and are passionate, enthusiastic and energetic
- Have developed a keen attention to detail and exceptional time management skills
