**Line Supervisor**
- Full time role paying $85-90k incl. super
- Located in Braeside
- 7-day rotating roster from Monday to Sunday

**About Us**

With Head Office based in Camberwell, manufacturing in Braeside this business offers a variety of food products for their 18 retail shops that consist of pastries, breads, cakes, and sweets.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for making sure the production area runs smoothly and all production requirements are met. You will work on a 7-day rotating roster working 5 days one week and 2 the next.

**Night Shift** 6pm - 6am
$85-90k inc. super

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Set up and operate production line
- Supervise and delegate tasks to a team of 4
- Basic troubleshooting of machines
- Ensure all HACCP guidelines and food safety principles are adhered to
- Monitor quality of finished products

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Food manufacturing experience
- Experience leading a team
- Knowledge of how to set up production line
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
