The Executive currently have an opportunity in our Guest Relations team for an experienced Night Auditor. With our front desk open 24 hours the position will include:

- Guest check ins / check outs
- Online bookings
- Administrative tasks
- Managing guest enquires and requests
- General cleaning
- Hotel security

This position will require availability to work across a 7 day roster including afternoons, overnights, weekends, and peak holiday periods including public holidays.

**Rostered hours for this role will be Saturday, Sunday and Monday night from 9pm-7am.**

**Certifications required: RSA and Criminal Check (Criminal Check cost covered by Wests)**

This position has been identified as a Traineeship opportunity - Gain a Cert III in Hospitality, a nationally recognised qualification.

**About you**

You are a mature and reliable team player with a strong work ethic. The position requires someone with a high level of communication, both written and verbal, and the ability to handle situations on duty without a manager present. You will have previous experience in customer service oriented position and demonstrate strong computer literacy skills. Previous experience in a similar position is highly desirable but not essential.
