We are hiring for permanent roles as well as casual roles, we understand that life is unpredictable, join our team of staff to work across 3 purpose-built facilities located within 15 minutes of each other Boronia, Ringwood, and Croydon We value our educator team, on top of ongoing support from your, management team you will receive above-award wages and heavily discounted childcare fees.

Our perfect Educator?
- Completed Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services.
- Experience in an early learning setting; ability to carry out tasks confidently and autonomously.
- Sound practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Current First Aid and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates.
- Current Working with Children's Check; Child protection.
- A passion and enthusiasm for creating educational, interesting, and inviting play spaces and activities.

Working with the Discovery Team;
You will be able to allocate days and shift times that suit you and your needs, and choose from the location on offer, rosters are done on a fortnightly basis, or if you prefer on-call work, we have that too

After something more casual?

Ask us about our maternity leave or holiday positions, we also offer contracts for Christmas casual positions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $25.68 - $36.92 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ringwood, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Childcare: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- ACECQA approved Qualification (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
