Gardener & Hedge Trimmer

- based skills**:

- Trimming of hedges
- Height reduction of hedges
- Pruning of specialist trees
- Trimming of small to medium trees
- General garden maintenance work
- Lawn Mowing
- Edging
- Brush cutting / Whipper snipping
- Weed removal & weed management
- Safe operation and ongoing management of all machinery including chainsaws, hedgers, brush cutters, mowers etc.
- Soft landscaping

**Must haves**:

- Great communication skills with both clients and other team members
- Ability to tow a trailer responsibly
- Experiencing disposing of green waste at transfer station
- Ability to work autonomously & within a team environment
- Current manual drivers licence
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
- Reliability a must
- Desire to learn and grow with the business
- Accurate reporting in Job Management Tool, we use the ServiceM8 software package

**Experience**:

- 1-2 year’s hedge trimming experience
- Chainsaw licence a benefit
- Working at heights a benefit
