Reporting to the CI Program & Change Manager, you be joining Kmart during the transformational stage of our supply chain journey. You will be heavily involved in embedding Kmart’s future for the next 20 years with multiple exciting projects and opportunities. We will support you and set you up for success knowing that these projects have been fully funded and ready for you to do what you do best

**What you’ll be doing**

As a CI Program Lead within our supply chain function, you will:

- Showcase your CI expertise by managing multiple projects from conception through to completion and delivery
- Ensure your key stakeholders are onboard and are involved in the journey
- Utilise your exceptional time management skills to ensure project tasks are completed, this may also require stakeholder management of non-direct reports.
- Work towards KPI goals to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

**To be successful in this role you’ll have**:

- Lean, Six Sigma Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience, from either a manufacturing or supply chain environment
- Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, or Project Management ( preferred)
