**Responsibilities**:

- Forecasting, material planning and inventory control to develop an optimum level of supply to regional DC and local warehouses, to meet the regional sales requirements.
- Maintain proper inventory levels by utilizing the planning tool, thereby creates replenishment loads that are optimizing the logistics costs.
- Provides ongoing analysis on the supply planning, identify area of improvements as well as review and revise the planning parameters regularly to reflect the business needs.
- Work closely with product, marketing and sales team to minimize the gaps between demand and supply.
- Create and maintain material master data in ERP to support business forecast, including establishing lead times, safety stocks and etc.
- Review “Excess & Idle” inventory with the relevant PBUs and sales team to make relevant disposition recommendation.
- Track, review and act on achieving the regional Inventory KPIs, such as DIO, inventory age and inventory provision.
- Product life cycle management, including proper NPI / PIPO procedures/ SKU rationalization.

**What we look for**:

- Minimum 2 -5 years of working experience in supply chain, order fulfilment or material planning functions, in a fast-moving manufacturing/distribution environment
- Extensive experience with Materials is a MUST
- A self-motivated energetic team player with good problem solving skills.
- Analytical, meticulous, patient and customer oriented attitude.
- Super user for ERP system such as Baan, SAP, Oracle, JD Edward etc.
- Hands on experience on using the inventory planning or forecasting tools.
