**About the Job
We are looking for a team manager to oversee our geospatial services, starting with a 14-month contract (full-time or part-time), which may extend. You can be located in either Perth, Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide or Brisbane.

As part of the Digital Services group and reporting up to the Head of Technology & Innovation, you will embed a brilliant project delivery ethos, and drive the production of quality geospatial deliverables. You will be responsible for managing the teams resourcing as well as monitoring scope/budget/schedule across our portfolio of projects through clear and effective communication with the internal/external clients. You will work across environmental projects from a broad range of range of government and private industry sectors.

At Senversa, our Digital Services team is complimented by our Contaminated Land, Engineering and Environmental Management and Approvals Teams in delivering multi-disciplinary projects for our clients. You will enjoy being a key role within integrated multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, scientists and data analysts to provide our clients with high value geospatial solutions.

**Role & Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules for our larger projects and responsibility for managing our internal requests pipeline.
- Able to discuss scopes internally and with our clients to develop budgeting and resourcing estimates.
- Produce (or oversee the development of) client deliverables across GIS analysis, data management, figure production, web-map / portal development and configuring data collection apps.
- Performs Quality Assurance on GIS deliverables, GIS processing and execution of tasks by the team.
- Evaluate and recommend hardware and software requirements.
- Supervises lower-level consultants and GIS technicians assigned to projects and can provide input into performance evaluation.
- May support business development activities.

May provide GIS technical services and advice for management or directly for clients as appropriate.

**What you’ll bring to the team
- At least 5 years' experience producing high quality print and web map outputs, and conducting analysis using ESRI / QGIS software is required.
- Experience in web maps, web apps, dashboards, and/or Power BI and/or python and/or R scripting would be beneficial.
- Effective written/verbal communication and organisation/analytical skills.
- Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, and works independently with mínimal supervision.
- Exceptional teamwork and relationship building skills.

Experience in people and/or project management that involves technical deliverables. Previous consulting experience, preferably working with Contaminated Land related information.
