**Electrotechnology (Electrician) Apprentice**

Ai Group Apprentice and Trainee Centre have a vacancy for an Electrotechnology Apprentice with our host company based in the Bayswater area.

Ai Group Apprentice and Trainee Centre is a Group Training Organisation who employs apprentices and trainees then places them with Host Organisations. We provide support for all apprentices and trainees by way of our mentoring program which fits in with regular visits to the workplace and TAFE.

**Your duties may include**:

- Electrical maintenance on machinery
- Understand electrical, mechanical, and architectural drawings and diagrams to determine job requirements
- Plan and measure the layout of wiring systems
- Test, find, and repair electrical problems
- Assemble electrical and electronic appliances
- Connect electrical equipment to power supplies

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Year 11 schooling
- Eagerness to learn new skills
- Positive approach to workplace safety
- Pre-apprenticeship (cert II) highly regarded, 2nd year apprentices also encouraged to apply.
