**The Position**:
TLR is seeking a Controls Technician / Special Class Electricians suitably experienced in Automation on a casual/contract basis throughout VIC and surrounding areas. As part of a TLR you will be working within a dynamic management team, and fluid working environment.

**The Role**:
The role involves, but are not limited to, new machine builds, installation and commissioning of new OEM equipment, performing preventative and reactive/breakdown maintenance, providing technical support to various OEM manufacturing sites as well as some project work across Australia.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Fully qualified A Grade Electrician (Special Class) with Post-trade certificate or Diploma in either Electrotechnology and or PLC Programming
- Previous experience and knowledge of PLC Programming and Fault Finding (preferably on Allen Bradley / Siemens and Omron)
- Hands-on experience working with and programming PLC's and knowledge of Robotics'
- Experience in an FMCG/CPG manufacturing environment will be highly regarded
- You will need a positive can-do attitude, excellent organisational and time management skills, good interpersonal skills, the ability to deal with conflicting work priorities and deadlines, and a willingness to work as a pro-active team member.
