We are seeking a proactive Trade Marketing Assistant on full time basis based in Hobart, Tasmania to provide administration support to several state functions including sales and trade marketing along with support to the IBA Promotions and Marketing Manager, IBA Business Manager and IBA Retail Operations Co-Ordinator.

What you’ll do

Responsible for the execution and delivery of all Porters Liquor, Thirsty Camel Tasmania and Duncan’s Promotional Programs.
Able to run reports when required (Power BI, Report 2 Web, customer sales data, rankings etc.), set up meetings, book venues & entertainment requirements
Minute taking & IT/admin support at meetings when required, MDG comms (chase up submissions, missed discounts etc.)
Able to handle incoming phone calls from customers, suppliers, carriers, field Sales Team support for ad-hoc enquiries (Stock, accounts updates), stay In Front CRM maintenance & queries
Ad hoc support to the IBA Promotions & Marketing Manager, IBA Business Manager & IBA ROC
Responsible for all Federal Group and 9/11 issues, able to provide Back Up Support for IBA Retail Operations Co-ordinator, responsible for the Thirsty Camel E-Commerce Platform
Update/maintain customer lists and liaise with Suppliers on allocations and new products

What you’ll bring

Previous experience with SAP an advantage
Previous experience in generating sales reports
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge of trade marketing processes
