**About this role**:
Exciting role for a skilled architect with strong delivery skills gained on large scale multi residential projects. Some past experience in a design manger role beneficial. This is a hands-on role in a growing team. A unique opportunity to join a team at a key stage in their evolution. This is an established development and construction team with offices in both Melbourne and Sydney. A unique career opportunity for the right person.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide in - house expertise for a newly established architectural team within a development and construction company Liaise with eternal architects when required Initially work on established projects in Sydney and the Gold Coast Strong documentation coordination and delivery skills Confident leadership and communication skills Work closely with both the development and construction teams of this company
**Skills and Experience**
- Experienced architect with 6-10 years’ experience gained on large scale projects and delivery stages Highly capable and versatile all rounder Outstanding communication and organisation skills essential Significant experience on multi residential projects in NSW Experience in leading teams in house but also externally consultants Strong revit skill essential

Bio: Misty worked in her early career as a registered architect and then a practice manager. She brings over 18 years' experience within the industry. She has worked for small and large practices including eight years as practice manager at Bates Smart. She has used her extensive knowledge to advise and support leading firms and government agencies in Sydney on their recruitment requirements. Misty is now mainly focused on senior/ strategic appointments.
