Right now we are seeking a **Digital Marketing Manager **to join our marketing team. This role will have a key focus on leading digital marketing projects across a group of key PeopleIN brands, and the management of both day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategies. **About The Role** The role requires high-level attention to detail, strategic thinking, planning and coordinating, as well as relationship building and management. You will be responsible for: - Developing and executing strategic digital marketing projects across key brands - Provide digital marketing expertise and support to other group brands - Develop, coordinate, execute, and measure high quality and strategic marketing campaigns that are designed to meet business goals - Optimise digital performance, including website development, SEO, SEM, social media management skills, EDM, and CMS tools - Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to test and evolve lead nurturing tactics, including improving internal processes and systems to achieve marketing attribution in the funnel - Provide hands-on support with the redevelopment and improvement of brand messaging and design on multiple channels, including website and social media - Liaise with external suppliers (copywriters, designers, media production teams, etc.) to create engaging and high-quality content - Event management - online and face-to-face **About You** You will be an individual who is passionate and craves the excitement of a dynamically growing organisation. You will be a marketing professional with strong experience in digital marketing. You will also have: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media and Communications, or related fields - 4+ years' experience in developing strategic digital marketing plans - Strong digital marketing, copywriting, brand and collateral, and social media management skills, as well as experience managing campaigns - Brand management experience and demonstrated results - Strong project management, multi-tasking, and decision-making skills If this sounds like an exciting opportunity and a good fit for you, we want to hear from you.
