We are looking for casual Care Service Employees must be able to work AM, PM and night shift over a 7 day roster ( Week 1 and week 2). The individuals will be located in our homely facility at Southern Cross Care NSW & ACT - Plumpton Village - 122 Hyatts Road, Plumpton, NSW 2761.

**St Francis' Residential Aged Care | Plumpton | Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT)**

**As a Care Service Employee, you will**:

- Provide emotional and social support whilst assisting residents with a range of daily life activities
- Support residents with self-care including grooming, bathing and dressing
- Reporting any changes of resident to the Registered Nurse on the shift duty
- Assist with mobility including using mechanical lifting aids and ensuring the residents comfort
- Assist in mealtimes and social activities.

LI-DNI
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a care or support role is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Basic understanding of hygiene, infection control, and safe manual handling techniques.
- Ability to work various shifts AM, PM & Nights across a fornightly roster.
