**Your new company**

Our client is a Family Law Specialist based Centrally on the Gold Coast. Due to their continued success a rare opportunity exists for an experience family law paralegal to join their team.

**Your new role**

As the Family Law Paralegal you will be reporting to the Senior Family Lawyer. Your role will involve:

- First point of contact for clients, handling enquiries, scheduling appointments and providing information
- Providing comprehensive administration support to the team
- Preparing briefs and drafting correspondence
- Managing case files, lodging court documents and coordinating settlements
- Billing
- General administrative support

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Previous experience as a Family Law Paralegal (minimum 2 years) with a strong understanding of all family law processes including divorce, property, custody and domestic violence.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to liaise and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A high level of attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and prioritise and meet deadlines without comprising quality of work
- The ability to work in a team and autonomously
- A positive attitude and work ethic
