ClearCompany is seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to lead its dynamic and growing Family Law division. As Division Head, you will oversee a cohesive team including a junior lawyer and two paralegals while handling a rewarding caseload that spans parenting arrangements, property settlements, divorces, and matters involving domestic violence.

Key Responsibilities:

About the Position:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in family law with at least 8 years of experience as a practicing attorney. They will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and driving business growth through strategic decision-making.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years PAE experience with a strong family law background
  • Accredited Specialist in Family Law advantageous
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive business growth
  • Approachable, team-oriented, and committed to excellence
