**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
We are seeking a motivated and responsible PLT Student/Law Graduate to assist our Practice in Family, Crime and Protection & Care matters for two to three days a week.

You will receive mentoring and tuition under the direct supervision of our lawyers to develop your professional knowledge and skills in legal practice.

You will work on and be responsible for the full gamut of tasks required in the operation of a busy law practice, including:

- conducting research;
- prepare court documents and correspondence;
- file management;
- liaising with clients; and
- a range of other administrative tasks.

To join our team you will need to hit the ground running and have:

- strong drafting skills;
- good time management, including attention to detail and time limits;
- an ability to effectively communicate with clients, other team members and external stakeholders; and
- a ‘can do’ attitude.

A second language would be appreciated but is not essential.

There is potential for the successful applicant to progress to a paid position.
