Our Northern territory covers the top north of Tasmania. Work centres around Launceston with regular travel to Burnie, Devonport and occasionally the East Coast. You would be traveling one week in the Northwest and one week in Launceston, approximately. We could work it to 2-3days in the Northwest and 2-3 days in Launceston. This is something we can discuss and work on to accommodate both parties.

You will work closely with the office team to ensure the work schedule is maintained. Services include cleaning and inspecting gutters, down pipes, roofing, solar panels, gutter guard, stormwater pits and drains and carrying out lichen treatments. This is a physical role and requires you to be physical fit.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions (Working from Heights ticket is preferred, but we can provide this training)
- Full Drivers Licence
- National Police Check (must be no more than 3 months old)
- Working with Vulnerable People and White Card (or ability to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Vaccinations for the Flu and COVID 19 are required for work conducted at Aged Care sites.
- Willingness to travel.
