Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Labourer/Cleaner to join our team in North Cornwall, covering the area from Bodmin to Bude. This is a permanent opportunity to work in void social housing properties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for clearing building debris during works, assisting trades on site, and performing build clean duties. A driving licence is essential as there will be use of a tipper truck for clearances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clearing of building debris during construction projects
  • Providing assistance to tradespeople on site
  • Conducting thorough build cleans in completed voids, using provided cleaning materials and equipment
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Valid driving licence with experience of operating a tipper truck
  • Good labouring experience preferred
  • Previous experience working within social housing would be beneficial
  • Good physical fitness and ability to work at height
  • Honesty and reliability
  • Ability to pass a DBS check
