Our team is growing and we are looking for an experienced **EHS Operations Site Lead** to join our team of dedicated EHS professional base at our Amberley site.

As the EHS Operations Site Lead reporting to the EHS Manager Operations you will be responsible for developing, planning, coordinating environmental health and safety activities for the site, region and team.

You will act as key EHS liaison with site leaders and business partners assisting in the execution of strategic and tactical EHS plans as well as being responsible for coaching, leading and motivating your EHS team mates and business partners to achieve EHS objectives in a timely and safe manner, while continuously striving to improve safety skills & awareness.

**You will need to have**:

- Tertiary qualification in Health, Safety and Environment or related field with at least 10 years of EHS experience in an operational environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of regulations and reporting requirements as well as ISO45001 and ISO14001.
- Execution, attention to detail, initiative, conflict resolution, customer focus, collaboration, building ownership and commitment, establishing direction, drive for change, getting organizational support, tenacity and skills in electronic systems.
- Demonstrated professional with passion for change and relentless focus on execution.
- Must be highly organized; able to prioritize and meet target dates in a very fast-paced environment.
