Available hours 0.2 FTE (1 day per week) | Social Worker Grade 3 Year 1 - 4

**About the Role**

Grampians Health are seeking an innovative Social Work Clinical Educator to join our growing Allied Health Education team on a permanent part-time basis. The role will focus on developing and coordinating best practice education opportunities to enhance the capabilities of the current and future Social Work workforce in the region. This role can have the primary base at any campus across Grampians Health and will travel between campuses as required.

**Key Responsibilities**

The Social Work Clinical Educator will work with the Allied Health Education team to:
Identify learning and training needs of the Social Work departmen
- t Develop best practice structured learning curriculum to meet the needs of the current and future Social Work workforc
- e Undertake research and quality improvement processes to contribute to best practice allied health education across Grampians Healt
- h Lead the education portfolio within the Social Work disciplin

**Skills & Experience**

Eligible for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) and meet the Grampians Health Allied Health Credentialing requirements for Social Wor

- y Completion of or active planning for further training in educatio
- n Experience in quality improvement projects and change managemen
- t Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders from different professional background
