**About the Position**:
- Conducting discipline-specific assessments to forge and execute effective rehabilitation strategies.
- Crafting and administering intervention plans that harness occupation to bolster functional performance, independence, and work capacity.
- Overcoming obstacles by developing, implementing, and overseeing programs aimed at maximizing work participation.
- Navigating a variety of healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes to empower clients in achieving their wellness and recovery aspirations.
- Collaborating closely with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to secure successful outcomes.
**Key Requirements**:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
- Full AHPRA registration or ESSA
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
