Qualifications & experience

  • We are seeking an experienced Workplace Rehab Consultant with an Allied Health background in Occupational Therapy.
  • Registration with AHPRA.
  • Strong communication skills - verbal and written
  • Client centric focus

Tasks & responsibilities:

Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant your role will include:

  • Case management of clients with physical and/or psychological injury/illness
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and guidance on recovery and return to work
  • Conduct a wide range of assessments, including Initial Needs Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, Functional Assessments, Activities of Daily Living, etc
  • Attend Medical Case Conferences with various specialists/health practitioners.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Doctors, Allied Health Professionals, Employers, Insurers and Brokers
