**Due to phenomenal growth we are currently on the lookout for dedicated Pantry / Catering Managers, in particular for our Corporate Venues in the Melbourne CBD region.**

You will be responsible for the direction and leadership of the small onsite catering team and the provision of catering services across this business with a focus on food preparation, presentation and service. You will be responsible for the catering operations onsite, including preparation and presentation of food all offering prepared and delivered from our central production kitchen. Your hands-on approach will ensure your success, as will your willingness to go the extra mile in order to deliver results.

**Key Duties**
- Direction and leadership of the onsite catering team.
- The provision of catering services across the business including breakfast, lunch, platters and events/functions
- Customer service and satisfaction.
- Client engagement, function and boardroom set up, and premium food presentation

**This is a niche role in an innovative internally established company with the incredible potential for future growth and would suit someone with the following skills**
- A natural leader with a unique approach to catering bringing flair, warmth and outstanding customer service in a friendly upmarket setting
- Good time management with the ability to work both autonomously and within a team
- Understanding of Food safety and HACCP
- The ability to foster close and positive working relationships with staff, key clients and customers is essential as are sound verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in a front of house role or a corporate catering environment desirable
