
Business Administration Traineeship

**My Gateway** are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual, keen to get started in a Business Administration Traineeship. As a part of this traineeship, you will complete a Certificate III in Business Administration.
**During your on the job training, some of the tasks you will be required to complete will include**:
- Supporting the Accounts team with admin tasks
- Calling customers and booking in jobs
- Managing the freight
- working with CRM - Hubspot
- Following up quotes
- sharing the reception desk to cover lunch and study periods
**To be considered for this role, you must have**:
- Drivers License is required - need to be able to get to and from work
- Be switched on and able to use computer system
- Able to work with Truck Drivers and Truck dealerships
- Willingness to learn
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Great Customer service skills
- Great attention to detail
- Team Player
