**DETAILS OF THE ROLE**
- Organising, managing files and data.
- Providing administrative support to the Director of Global Operations as required.
- Drafting, preparing and proofreading Client’s Statement of Purpose documents
- Complete administrative duties as per need.
- Coordinate appointments as required, including all correspondence and logistics necessary for the Director of Global Operations.
- Manage legal and Migration documentation and correspondence in strict confidence.
- Correspond with Australian Immigration, Licensed Migration Adviser, and clients
- Implement and improve upon administrative processes for more efficient workflow.
- Generating invoices for clients upon the successful approval of visas.
- Adhering to established protocols within the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

**SKILL REQUIREMENTS**
- Be active on client files where required;
- 3-5 years experience;
- Ability to manage client relationships well;
- Coordinate and deliver instructions to the team on behalf of the Visa team;
- Preparing pro forma migration and visa documents for the Licensed Migration Adviser and digital file management;
- Migration or student recruitment experience is preferred but not essential;
- Organisation and strong time management skills - must be resilient with can-do attitude;
- Have the ability to work autonomously but also thrive in a team environment;
- Providing excellent customer service at every level;
- Excellent verbal communication;
- Tech-savvy and knowing their way around Microsoft Excel and be quick to learn the CRM;
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
- Strong organizational and computer skills;
- Multilingual may be an advantage.

Office is based in GC Robina (1 day WFH)
Located within a convenient 5-minute walking distance from Robina Train Station.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
