On behalf of Flowerdale Estate in VIC we are currently seeking a Food and Beverage Manager on a full-time basis.

Flowerdale Estate is nestled into the area known as the Valley of a 1000 Hills. This historic homestead dates back to 1893 and is surrounded by beautiful gardens and native bushland. It is a sought after wedding, conference, weekend stay and dining venue.

Gracie’s Restaurant, resides within the homestead and seats up to 90 people, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and high tea. Executive chef Dominic Grundy, whose experience extends to Michelin Star and Rosette awarded restaurants across UK including Le Gavroche, The Longridge and Juniper, leads a talented and committed kitchen team.

Flowerdale Estate has onsite guest accommodation including 26 Valley View rooms, a 4 bedroom, self contained guesthouse, two luxury homestead suites and four luxury glamping eco tents.

You must be an experienced Food and Beverage Manager who will relish taking the FOH lead across restaurant, conferences and weddings at this very busy venue and must have min 3 years experience.

You are a highly skilled hospitality professional who is customer focussed.

Ideally you will have experience in both fine and casual dining environments and be able to manage well established teams with varying skillsets.
- You have exceptional knowledge of wine and are across current food trends
- You have extensive experience managing staff and customers
- You are adept at training and hiring staff as well rostering and shift management
- You have the excellent communication and time management skills
- You exude energy and are a joyful team member
- You love a challenge and love being busy

Salary for this role will be in the range of $75,000 - $90,000 plus super.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
