**36-hour fortnight - Monday, Tuesday and Thursday (some flexibility with this)**

Immediate requirement for a Social worker to a multidisciplinary team in a hospital to work across Acute, Medical, Surgical, Palliative and Rehab.

- Tertiary qualification in social work.
- Hospital experience is essential
- Registration with AASW.
