Service/Warranty Administrator at Leongatha Motors
Leongatha Motors is a multi-franchise dealer servicing Isuzu Ute, Subaru and Holden vehicles. We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service/Warranty Administrator to join our service department team. As a Service/Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the warranty claims process for our products and services.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and provide them with information about the services available.
- Schedule service appointments for customers, ensuring that they are booked efficiently and that customers are informed of any delays or changes to their appointment times.
- Review, and process warranty claims submitted by customers.
- Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure all warranty claims are processed in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and government laws.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with automotive software preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive industry and warranty regulations a plus
