What you will do:
You’ll provide care to participants, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life. We are looking for Support Workers with a dedicated and flexible approach to goal achievement.

What you need to have:

- Experience in providing participant centric support in community and home settings.
- Reliable, proactive and willing to work with individual participants, their support networks to achieve great outcomes.
- Ability to follow and implement individual support plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Current First Aid/CPR Certificate.
- Current Driver’s license and reliable, comprehensively insured motor vehicle.
- Flexibility to travel within Hunter Region, working a variety of shifts including weekdays, evenings, nights, weekends and public holiday shifts.
- Current Working with Children Check (paid employment) or willingness to obtain.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
- Completion of NDIS Quality and Safeguards Worker Orientation Module.
- Desirable: Assist Clients with Medication Training.
