We believe it’s people that make a business successful. And as part of our next chapter of growth, we’re looking for a new Assistant Account Executive to join our dynamic and welcoming team in Melbourne.

**What you’ll do**
- Develop strong and effective working relationships with strata managers and underwriters to support the growth of the business, highlighting, addressing and escalating any significant issues of concern affecting service delivery
- Support business sponsorships by attending all events and providing the team with opportunities wherever possible to attend
- Ensure the national broking operations model is adhered to by all employees
- Contribute to BCB Group's business growth and service objectives by developing new business and retaining existing business

**We’d really like it if you also have**:

- Strata insurance experience
- Tier 1 RG146
- Diploma of Financial Services or related business-related discipline
