Kool Beanz Ocean Shores is recruiting for a Lead Educator.

Job Title: Lead Educator

Location: We have a Lead Educator position in Kool Beanz Academy, 58 Rajah Road, Ocean Shores NSW 2483.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Supporting a team of educators to implement programs, follow the EYLF and share the excitement of child-led discovery.
- Creating long-lasting connections and partnerships with your local community, schools, and families.
- Supporting the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

**Do you possess these qualities and qualifications**:

- Diploma in early childhood education and care.
- At least 1 year of working experience is preferred.
- Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates.
- Paid working with children check (blue Card).
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks/workload.
- Ability to demonstrate innovative and creative thinking.
- Enthusiastic, positive, fun and outgoing attitude.
- Approachable and friendly with a demonstrated passion for early education.
- An understanding of EYLF.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build strong relationships.

**Working hours**:
You must be available to work within the hours of 6.30am and 6.30pm Monday - Friday.
