**Contractor**

We are currently seeking a Disability Support Worker who lives in and around the Lidcombe area to provide care and support for a friendly, outgoing 50 year-old male who has a Spinal Cord injury and Acquired Brain injury.

- Personal Care
- Medication administration
- Manual handling
- Light domestic assistance
- Meal assistance
- Community Access

**Shift Times**:

- Alternate Monday 7:30am to 11am and 7pm to 10:30pm
- Tuesday 7:30am to 11am
- Thursday 7:30am to 11am
- Possiblity of working in other programs.

**Requirements**:

- Care Experience
- Current references
- Mobile phone
- Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle - Essential
- NDIS Worker’s Clearance or willing to obtain
- Working with Children's check or willing to obtain
- First Aid Certificate
