Casual Sales Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic customer service focused casual sales assistant to join one of our stores.

We are looking for an experienced retail sales assistant, preferably with experience in Manchester, homewares or fashion sales experience. A minimum of 4 years of experience in retail essential.

We are after people which possess a natural ability to lead by example, together with the desire to provide excellent customer service to their customers in a bright and cheerful manner.

**What we require**:

- Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business
- Preferably, a high level of Bedding and Manchester product knowledge to support customer queries
- Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
- Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving.
- Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
- Experience or passion for visual merchandising with manchester and homewares
- Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets
- Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late-night trades
