Operations Co-ordinator for Furniture Moving Company

We are looking for someone to join our team to help run the day to day operations of the company. This is a Full-time Monday to Saturday Position.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assign jobs to movers
- Taking payments from customers over the phone
- Driving efficiency of the day to day operations
- Operate as the key point of contact for our Removals team
- Reconfirm appointments with clients a day prior
- Update customers on eta on the day of the move
- Client liaison and relationship management
- Improve and build the administration process
- Data entry, accurate recording of information
- Variety of administration tasks as required
- Get feedback and review from customers after the move is done
- Keep track of job sheets and make sure they are filled out properly by workers

**About You**
- Industry experience is preferable, however, on the job training is provided
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to be solution focused at all times
- Excellent judgment and decision-making capabilities
- Team orientated and working with others
- Has excellent communication and organizational skills
- Improve and build processes
- A confident and friendly phone manner
- A high level of attention to detail
- A positive attitude and a great sense of humor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Location**
- Work From an Office in Underwood
- You must be able to start early before 7am
