WesTrac are looking for a self-motivated and passionate **Reward and Engagement Manager **to join our team.

Reporting to the General Manager - People and Culture, this individual will be responsible for responsible for the full life cycle of the reward and engagement strategy, targeted programs and framework to engage, attract and retain key talent. This individual will lead a small team of remuneration experts who are responsible for all reward and incentive initiatives across WesTrac nationally. They will provide training and development to both their team and the wider People and Culture function.

This is a full time, permanent opportunity and offers flexibility of the successful individual being based in either Western Australia or New South Wales.

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Finance or business-related field
- Significant experience leading a remuneration and reward function within a large organisation
- Strong project management and delivery experience
- Have strong people leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team of professionals
- Demonstrated experience working in high level roles with Executive Leadership teams
- Experience in reward management and incentive practices in a complex environment
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability of solving complex, ambiguous problems by working collaboratively with others
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
