Zitron Australia Pty Ltd is a growing, ventilation fan manufacturing company, suppling industrial fan units to the mining and road tunnel sector, based in Perth and Sydney.

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Sheet Metal Worker / Boilermaker to join the fast-growing Australian arm of an international group that is a global leader in the field of ventilation for underground mines, road and railway tunnels, and metro systems.

The company is part of a group that operates in over 80 countries on 5 continents. In Australia, the company has supplied the ventilation required for the construction and long-term operation of many of the nation’s major underground transport infrastructure projects.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Trade qualified, Cert 3 in engineering
- Weld Certified/ Coded welder
- Experience in rolling and forming
- Ability to use a press brake/bender
- Mig welding 0.9 solid wire
- Mig welding 1.2 flux core
- Oxy & plasma cutting
- Stick weld
- Able to Grind and sand to an acceptable standard
- Competent in using gantry cranes
- Ability to work on your own, and as part of a team a reliable and enthusiastic attitude
- Must be punctual with a clear understanding of meeting deadlines
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Forklift licence
- The right to work within Australia

**Things that would be good but not necessary**
- Must reside locally in Perth, ideally South of the River
- Rigging/dogging /Forklift ticket

Work hours:
Monday to Thursdays : 6am to 2:30pm
Fridays : 6am to 12pm

**Salary**: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Henderson, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
