**About the Role**:
Our client, a large membership-based organisation located in Melbourne’s CBD, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team. Here, you will provide high-level executive and administrative support to the CEO and President while playing a critical role in the management of the organisation’s Strategy Program.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing high-level and executive support to the CEO and President, including diary management, travel arrangements and acting as the primary point of contact for general inquiries and confidential matters
- Provide support for meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, minute taking and managing action items
- Preparation of communications, reports and correspondence as required
- Developing and maintaining operational policies and procedures
- Financial planning and budgeting for the department
- Reviewing, monitoring and reporting on the organisation’s 3 year Strategic Plan
- Development and implementation of effective monitoring and reporting systems for strategic projects
- Providing status reports to the Executive Team and Board including delivery, scope and budget updates

**Ideally You’ll Have**:

- 5+ years' experience providing support at an executive level
- Qualifications and/or equivalent experience in business administration.
- Experience in writing reports, correspondence, and presentations to a consistently high standard for a variety of audiences
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong time management, budgeting, and planning skills, with the ability to work under tight timelines
- Sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and a proactive attitude
- Ability to think creatively and work alongside various departments
- Initiative and the ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Project Management certification or equivalent working experience
- Experience in the healthcare sector will be advantageous
