A full-time position for a customer service and administrative assistant duties exists with one of our clients in Brisbane. Based in Mount Gravatt, this role would suit someone who can manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude and works well under pressure.

Joining an experienced team, they are seeking someone that will be able to support and assist with all things to do with administration, scheduling and customer service, liaising with clients and external stakeholders.. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a trusted and well-known brand and start before Christmas.
- reception duties, including answering telephone calls and directing calls to appropriate people
- managing client requests including coordinating any amendments or changes
- Allocating work orders and fielding inbound sales calls
- Following up repeat customers
- Running schedules for technician routes
- dealing with suppliers and contractors to ensure work is completed
- assist with weekly reporting around accounts and invoicing
- coordinate events with senior management
- promote company on various Social Media platforms using prepared content
- maintain stocks of basic stationery items including amenities supplies
- receipt payments at reception and settle payments using the EFTPOS machine; and
- other administrative tasks and providing general administrative support as required.

**Skills required**:

- A fast learner who is able to use initiative
- Organised and able to work autonomously
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve with conflicting priorities
- Exceptional customer service skills

**To be considered in this role you will**:

- have prior experience in a scheduling environment;
- possess advanced written English language and numeracy skills;
- possess above average literacy skills with a high level of attention to detail;
- have a highly developed ability to prioritise and be capable of meeting deadlines;
- have an eye for detail and be able to manage multiple tasks with a calm, cheerful and can-do attitude;
- be able to find creative solutions to problems;
- possess the ability to work as a team and autonomously as the occasion may call for; and
- be able to demonstrate a committed, proactive and service orientated approach to work.

You must be available to start ASAP and proven experience in a similar role.
