**Your Role at Nextt**
At Nextt, our disability support workers are directly responsible for organising and implementing daily activities for our clients, including personal care, domestic assistance and community access.
We currently have a number of **Casual **opportunities for **Female **Disability Support Workers in **Bowden **and **Marryatville.**
**Bowden**
We have avacancy in the Bowden area for a client with an ABI. The Client has dogs so you must be confident with large dogs and availability to work across 7 day rotating roster. Care needs include, Medication assistance, assistance with personal care, meal preparation and cooking, assistance with shopping and attending appointments.
Shifts**:10am-3pm** is a community shift, **5pm-7pm** is a dinner shift. These shifts are 7 days a week. The staff member who works the community shift does not do the dinner shift on the same day.
**Marryatville**
We also have some work available in the Marryatville area for a client with an ABI. Care needs include, Medication assistance, assistance with personal care, meal preparation and cooking, assistance with shopping and attending appointments.
Working the following shifts:
- Thursday 8:30am-10:30am
- Friday 5pm-7pm
- Sunday 9am-11am
- Sunday 5pm-7pm
Support Workers are directly responsible for organising and implementing daily activities for the clients, which include personal care, domestic duties and community access.
**Your Skills and Experience**
- Experience with Mental Health Disability Support Work
- Previous experience with ABI clients highly regarded
- Knowledge of restrictive practices
- Complex Behaviour support experience
**Your Certificates and Licences**
- NDIS workers screening check
- Working with children check
- First aid and CPR certificate
- Australian drivers licence and your own fully insured vehicle
**Employees will be required to abide by all mandatory directives as mandated within the relevant state or territory where they work.**
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: From $32.00 per hour
