• St Louis Homes - NDIS-approved provider for younger onset dementia
• St Louis Home Care - Government-approved and private Support at home care provider
• St Louis Nursing Home - Boutique residential aged care
• St Louis Allied Health – Covering both Metro and Fly in Fly Out (FIFO) allied health services supporting South Australian communities

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our expanding Allied Health team. This dynamic role is ideal for an OT with sound clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for supporting St Louis clients through person-centred care.

You will work collaboratively with our dedicated team to provide holistic, goal-oriented support that enables clients to live with greater independence and wellbeing.

This role allows you to work across the full spectrum of care – from residential aged care to paediatrics – making a real difference in the lives of our clients.

You will provide comprehensive Occupational Therapy services to clients across metropolitan Adelaide and remote South Australia, including Support at Home Program recipients, NDIS participants (paediatric and adult), and residents in supported independent living through St Louis Homes.

You will conduct functional assessments, develop personalised intervention plans, and deliver therapy to help clients achieve their individual goals. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to optimise health outcomes and quality of life.

Essentials:

• National Police Clearance (no older than 2 years)
• Must hold a Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy and a current AHPRA Registration
• Minimum of 1–2 years' clinical experience preferred, new graduate welcome to apply
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
• Valid SA driver's licence and willingness to fly in small aircraft for outreach
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Be prepared to have annual flu vaccines
