1 Decks is expanding, and we're looking for **an Apprentice** to join our growing team.

We specialise in **high-end external carpentry works** including decks, pergolas, and outdoor living spaces across the Sydney region. You'll work alongside a skilled crew on both residential and commercial projects, learning from experienced tradesmen and contributing to some of the city's most stunning outdoor builds.

About the role

You will learn to be a skilled tradesman in carpentry by the end of your Apprenticeship, focusing on external carpentry works from start to finish on small to large scale jobs.

The right person for this gig is:

- Highly reliable and self motivated (and you'll be able to count on the rest of our team, and us too)
- Have good organisational skills (Because we don't keep hounding you day in, day out)
- Physically fit/ability to lift
- Eager to learn (We are willing to teach)
- And a genuine passion for quality work

Skills and experience
