**Company**
For 81 years, we've achieved success through our ability to innovate, placing a clear emphasis on how we best serve our customers’ needs. As demand continues to grow, we have expanded rapidly, now delivering a superior range of dry goods, frozen and chilled products, fresh seafood and meat, confectionery, paper products, and cleaning solutions.
In recent years, we’ve seen significant growth and invested in our systems and processes, building a close partnership with Woolworths Group that has continued to deliver high-quality service for our customers and suppliers.
In 2024, Woolworths moved to a 100% interest in the PFD business, bringing PFD exciting opportunities as a strategic part of the Group. Sharing expertise across both teams will ensure our continued success and drive further growth and unlock our collective potential.
**About this Position**
Reporting to the SA Replenishment Manager, we’re looking for someone reliable, curious, and confident enough to take ownership of the replenishment process, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You’ll play a key role in keeping our Adelaide Dry goods Stocked and Purchasing for our Mt Gambier site.
If you’ve got a knack for numbers, an eye for detail, and enjoy being the go-to person for getting things sorted -keep reading
**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing daily stock orders through our system (TOM) based on sales data and stock on hand.
- Working closely with key suppliers to replenish stock as needed.
- Reviewing supplier performance and identifying potential gaps.
- Juggling a high volume of admin and inbox traffic with grace and focus.
- Creating reports and analysing data to inform your decisions.
- Forecasting future needs based on historical trends - no pricing negotiations required.

**Why you’ll love it here**
- You’ll join a friendly team that genuinely enjoys working together, and hanging out outside of work too.
- We’re tight-knit, supportive, and genuinely look out for one another.
- Exposure to multiple areas of the business - operations, IT, sales, and more - means you’ll gain valuable cross-functional insight.
- The role is challenging (in the best kind of way) and can set you up for long-term growth. There will be potential to move within the Replenishment team and in the wider business as we grow.
**What We’re Looking For**
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
- Have a background in replenishment or inventory planning (Preferable but not essential).

We are offering competitive remuneration, superannuation and other staff benefits (such as discounts on staff purchases, discounted accommodation, health insurance and banking).
This isn’t just another admin heavy role - it’s a chance to step into the heart of our supply chain and make a real difference.
