A great opportunity for an experienced Records Officer/Information Management Administrator to join a busy records team.

**About the role**:

- Opening and processing of inward daily correspondence
- Verification and collation of cheques received
- Hard copy mail to be loaded to the Electronic Document Management system
- Scanning, logging, and filing of correspondence into the records management system
- Conduct searches Conduct image checking to ensure high quality images and copies
- Ensure complete and accurate records are created and maintained

**About you**:

- You will have previous experience working in a records management or information management environment
- You will ideally have previous experience of using Electronic Document Management System (EDM) or Technology One
- You will have high attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- You will have intermediate to advanced IT skills

**Benefits**:
